It's been a while, but life has been really busy since I went back to work. I really enjoy teaching, and Wesley seems to really enjoy his school, too. The first 3weeks were really tough, but he settled in and now it's part of our routine. He loves his teachers! Yay! Ms. Phyllis, especially - she is very maternal. And not to be a braggart, but my little fella is a genius! He is speaking a new word almost every day! Just the other day he said, "French fy" even though it sounded like "Fwen fwy." And he can now identify all of his friends - Woof-Woof (Woo-Woof), Teddy (Te-tee), Blue Bear (Boo Bear), Roar, a lion (Roar), Bluey, another blue bear swiped from Nannan's house (Booey), and Zebra (Ptttwa). He is soooo talented! He's also learning how to say what he wants as well as Please and Thank you. He doesn't, however, say "Sorry." Great. I have the only 2 year old (almost) who's the poster child for Pride as a deadly sin.
Oh, well ... at least he's getting to where he'll say, "Oops." I guess that's a start. Besides, a hug soon follows, and that's my favorite anyway.
